Have you explored the wonderful world of the Enneagram? Have I lost you already? Well let me explain before I get into the nitty gritty. The Enneagram Personality System has been around for over 100 years. It is a framework that identifies you with a dominant personality type (there’s 9 of them) and helps you navigate the pros and cons of your working styles, relationship defaults and life nuances along the way. It’s fascinating, eye opening and feels the most objective of all the tests or set of beliefs out there.

There’s four practices I’ve been testing out – Morning Routine, Workday Startup Routine, Workday Shutdown Routine and Evening Routine. These are baked into one of my 2021 planners and has been interesting to explore. When I started this practice it was clunky at first. Ya know, like riding a bike. I needed practice. I needed to get my balance. But now that I’m a novice rider, I can go through these routines with ease and not too much wobble.
