Anyone else feel like this ⬇️ this morning? I know I sure did.
With weekends feeling more full after more than a year of serious quietness it can be tough to get into the groove Monday morning. We just aren't used to it and that's okay.
Here's a few things that help me get back into action when I'd rather stay in bed...
⭐️ Give grace and accept a slow start.
Today I was an hour behind my normal schedule and ya know what... that's okay! If I had rushed, I would have been stressed. Instead I accepted the slower pace and have been enjoying the day.
⭐️ Don't skip the routines or habits that keep you balanced.

⭐️ Start with a task or project you can complete in 30-60 mins.
Getting something tangible off your to-do list will yield progress and momentum.
