Thanks to Lesile Knope, gal pals around the globe celebrate Galintine’s Day the day *before* Valentine’s Day. It’s a nod to including everyone and not discounting those female friendships that have perhaps gotten you through the hardest of days, months and years.

Are you fascinated with process? I love to look at paintings, illustrations, pottery, jewelry, furniture – really anything that could have been made by someone else’s hands – and try to understand what went into building the final piece. Did they start with pen on paper sketching or did they hop right to the computer and start concepting? Or perhaps it was more of an exploration in textiles – or trial and error – or maybe the final product was a total surprise in itself.

It is a framework that identifies you with a dominant personality type (there’s 9 of them) and helps you navigate the pros and cons of your working styles, relationship defaults and life nuances along the way. It’s fascinating, eye opening and feels the most objective of all the tests or set of beliefs out there.
